What payment methods do you accept?
Payment is made online through our website. We accept all credit cards, debit cards, BPAY and direct deposit.
What is the minimum order quantity?
A full carton per product. Each product listing specifies the approximate carton weight.
How is the correct weight charged per carton?
When you purchase online, you pay for the specified carton weight. Once we've picked your order and the correct weight is confirmed, we adjust the pricing on your invoice and your payment accordingly – refunding any overpayment or charging for any shortfall. This ensures you get exactly what you've paid for.
Where do you deliver to?
We cover most of South East Queensland, including Brisbane, the Gold Coast (including Tweed Heads), the Sunshine Coast and inland to Toowoomba and Warwick. Contact us to discuss any other region. Free delivery on any order over $350.
How long do orders take to deliver?
Depending on your location, delivery takes up to three business days.
Do you offer special pricing for large commercial quantities?
Yes. For large and repeat purchases, call our orders hotline on 1300 528 226 and select option 3 to discuss your requirements.
Do you sell to the public or only to businesses?
Both. We supply households as well as restaurants, cafés, caterers, churches, sporting clubs and community organisations.

How do you keep my order fresh?
Orders are packed in food-safe packaging and transported in temperature-controlled vehicles, and we follow Food Safety Queensland standards at every step.
