Cancellations, Refunds & Change of Mind
• Contact us as soon as possible to request an order change or cancellation.
• Changes or cancellations may not be possible once picking, packing, preparation or dispatch has begun.
• We generally do not provide refunds for simple change of mind, incorrect quantity ordered or finding a cheaper price elsewhere.
• If goods fail an applicable consumer guarantee, customers may be entitled to a refund, replacement or other remedy required by law.
• Nothing in these Terms excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.
